Springfield Golf club is holding the 5th Pak-n-Save Rotorua Open Mixed Masters (40+ on May 31st, 2013) 36-hole tournament on Queen’s Birthday weekend, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June 2012. The format will be 18 holes each day, with practice times available on Friday 1st (bookings essential).
This tournament is trial for the BOP Masters team.
The entry fee includes the pro’s haggle and a meal at the conclusion of play on the Sunday. A buffet dinner will also be available on Saturday evening (optional), please confirm numbers for this dinner on the entry form below. The kitchen will also be open from
There will prizes for gross and nett scores, with a generously endowed prize table valued at $8000+. Entry for the tournament is $65 and limited to the first 120 confirmed and paid entries.

CONDITIONS OF PLAY AND GENERAL INFORMATION
1 Competition is 36 holes stroke play: 18 holes on Saturday and 18 holes on Sunday.
2 Open to men & women amateur golfer’s aged 40 years and over on May 31st 2013, who are full playing members of affiliated NZ and overseas golf clubs. Also a Seniors division 55 plus years Men and Women.
3 Entries must be made, and fees paid, on or before 28th May 2013.
4 Field for the Springfield Masters will be restricted to 120 players.
5 Entry of $65.00 (includes GST).
6 Tournament played under R & A Rules plus local rules.
7 Handicap Index. Entry cannot be accepted without club and membership ID numbers.
8 Start times will be posted on www.springfieldgolf.co.nz and available via phone from 29th May 2013. Players not ready to start at times stated will be disqualified.
(Please report to starter's office 20 minutes before scheduled tee off time).
9 Ties: In the event of a tie for best 36-hole gross, there will be a 'sudden death' play-off starting from the 18th tee. All other ties will be decided by count back.
10 Refunds: No entry fees will be refunded after Monday 27th May.
11 Saturday tee times will be drawn. Sunday’s 18 holes will be seeded.
12 The Committee reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of an entry without having to state a reason.
13 The decision of the disputes committee on all points will be final.
